Financial/Investor Relations Analyst

Job Description:
A great growth opportunity for a recent college graduate with 2-3 years experience looking for a professional career in finance. This is an entry level position with strong opportunities for advancement.
Provide Financial and Investor Relations support to the CFO. Working with the Manager of Financial Analysis, assist F&A; with the budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and financial planning activities. Complete special financial analysis projects for the CFO.
Working with the CFO, provide investor relations support including maintaining an investor database for conference calls and company mailings. Prepare and distribute press releases working with the CFO and Public Relations. Maintain and distribute investor packages to potential investors. Handle shareholder's and analyst's inquiries. Schedule and coordinate conference calls and investor meetings including preparation of presentation materials.
Working with the CFO, schedule and coordinate Board meetings and prepare presentation materials.
Qualifications/Requirements
BS degree in finance or accounting. 2-3 years of experience in a professional setting, preferably a public company, in either finance or investor relations. Previous experience performing financial analysis, forecasting and preparing financial presentations. Exceptional PC skills (Microsoft Office) and interpersonal skills (business acumen, oral and written communication, presentation, energetic, self starter, and motivated).
