The SSA solution provides pre-defined business content consisting of Cognos Framework Manager models as well as pre-defined reports in the areas of finance, sales, inventory, manufacturing, service, and purchasing.

Architecture

The solution consists of IBM Cognos 8 BI software and pre-defined application integration and content from SSA Global. It offers significant value by reducing time to deployment and enabling immediate use.

SSA BI accesses the SSA Global applications through an ODBC driver. The driver allows the Framework Manager model and package to inherit the security enabled in the SSA Global application.

SSA BI is available for the following platforms:
