Overview
Revelwood's Business Performance Management (BPM) Suite is an out-of-the-box solution for enterprise financial planning and reporting, running on the Cognos TM1 platform. It allows TM1 customers to get up and running with a BPM solution for finance. The solution leverages the best of TM1's real-time OLAP functionality, along with best practices developed from Revelwood's years of experience developing such solutions for its Fortune 1000 and mid-market client base.
At its core the BPM Suite allows complete planning and reporting for P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and other non-financial metrics. It includes modules that support revenue and expense planning, line item detail, staff planning, capital planning, allocations, currency translation, and more.
The BPM Suite also includes a set of enablers for personalized menus and navigation, data management, and enhanced reporting and data collection template development. The end result is a flexible, customizable and finance-owned application that is best-practices based and accelerates the rapid implementation times TM1 is known for.

Architecture
Revelwood's BPM Suite runs on the IBM Cognos TM1 platform and fully leverages the TM1 Enterprise Server. Features of IBM Cognos TM1 utilized by the BPM Suite include TM1 Database Server, TM1 Excel Add-in, TM1 Administrator, TM1 Turbo Integrator (ETL tool), TM1 Workflow, TM1 Web (optional), and TM1 Executive Viewer (optional).
BPM Suite integrates data from virtually any data source, either through a direct SQL connection or via a flat file upload using TM1 Turbo Integrator. It supports any database environment or operating system supported by IBM Cognos TM1.
