Overview
Revelwood's Business Performance Management (BPM) Suite for Real Estate is an out-of-the-box financial planning and reporting solution for Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and Property Management firms. The solution is an extension of Revelwood's BPM Suite, running on the Cognos TM1 platform.
In addition to the pre-built functionality of Revelwood's BPM Suite, BPM Suite for Real Estate also includes Property Development, Property Acquisition and Disposition, Rent Roll, Loan, and Equity modules. These modules allow planning and reporting on KPI's such as NOI, Rent Roll, Occupancy, and Discontinued Operations.
The extensive pre-built, and customizable business logic in the solution allows efficient planning and monitoring of properties and improved portfolio performance.
Implementing Revelwood's BPM suite for Real Estate has helped REITs integrate the impact of property management decisions on financial results. Changes in key drivers immediately impact financial results and KPIs via a seamless process.
Properties are flagged to allow SEC reports to be created quickly from a unified source of financials and operations, reducing the reporting cycle by eliminating the need to dig through disparate systems to collect required data.

Architecture
Revelwood's BPM Suite for Real Estate runs on the IBM Cognos TM1 platform and fully leverages the TM1 Enterprise Server. Features of IBM Cognos TM1 utilized by the BPM Suite include TM1 Database Server, TM1 Excel Add-in, TM1 Administrator, TM1 Turbo Integrator (ETL tool), TM1 Workflow, TM1 Web (optional), and TM1 Executive Viewer (optional).
BPM Suite integrates data from virtually any data source, either through a direct SQL connection or via a flat file upload using TM1 Turbo Integrator. It supports any database environment or operating system supported by IBM Cognos TM1.
