Budgeting models for Cognos Planning include sales, HR, profit and loss, and balance sheet. Scorecards include financial, client, HR, and product perspectives. Analysis cubes include sales and marketing, product costing, overhead, and HR. Pre-built reports cover sales, product costing, HR, profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow.

The solution is compatible with Windows 2000 Server or higher platforms, Microsoft SQL 2000 or higher, and Oracle 9 or higher.
